• Google Ads campaign management across multiple client accounts under a Manager Account (MCC)

• Campaign performance optimization, including bid adjustments, budget management, and pausing of underperforming campaigns

• Automated performance monitoring via integration with the Google Ads API

• Data-driven reporting and analytics dashboards for advertising performance

• Rule-based optimization workflows applied to active client advertising accounts

We reserve the right to modify, improve, or discontinue any service at any time, with reasonable notice to affected clients where applicable.

3. Google Ads API – Authorized Use

Our internal campaign management system uses the Google Ads API under an authorized developer token. This API integration is used exclusively to:

• Retrieve and process campaign performance data on behalf of authorized clients

• Execute management actions (bid changes, budget updates, campaign pausing) within accounts explicitly authorized by their owners

• Support automated and semi-automated optimization workflows for client campaigns

• Generate internal reports and performance dashboards

All API usage strictly complies with the Google Ads API Terms of Service. Access is limited to accounts managed under our MCC (ID: 658-463-6086), and no data retrieved via the API is shared, sold, or transferred to unauthorized third parties.

4. Eligibility

Our services are intended for businesses and individuals aged 18 years or older. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms and Conditions on behalf of yourself or your organization.

5. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information required for campaign management

• Grant appropriate access to Google Ads accounts managed under our MCC in accordance with Google's authorization policies

• Comply with Google Ads policies applicable to their advertising accounts

• Notify us promptly of any changes that may affect campaign management or account access

6. Intellectual Property

All content on drojas-soluciones.com.ar, including text, graphics, logos, reports, and system interfaces, is the property of Rojas Solutions – Marketing Digital or is used with proper authorization. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users and clients must not:

• Use our website or services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, internal tools, or client accounts

• Interfere with the operation of our website, API integrations, or campaign management systems

• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers on our website without prior written authorization

• Misrepresent their identity, account ownership, or authorization to access advertising accounts

10. Limitation of Liability
